We hold paramount the safety of our clients while they are aboard our vessel. We provide appropriate U.S. Coast Guard approved life vests for each client, which we strongly encourage all guests to wear during their fishing trips, and we have up to date safety equipment readily at hand in our boat including: marine radio, cellular phone, navigation electronics, throwable life saving equipment, first aid kits, emergency flares and signaling devices, and much more. In addition, we encourage our clients to wear appropriate clothing, including a brimmed hat or ballcap and polarized eyewear.

It is the responsibility of our U.S. Coast Guard Licensed captains to decide what conditions are safe for our passengers. Unsafe conditions include: lightning and other weather advisories and warnings (received via N.O.A.A. public broadcasting), rough water, threats from other vessels, and anything else that could jeopardize the safety of passengers in our vessel or other surrounding vessels. We expect our clients to make responsible decisions when aboard our vessel and to follow any instructions that they are given.
